Group Service Adopt a Highway- February 19 Adopt a Highway- March 19 Steppin' Out- March 27 Relay for Life- April 16 Individual Service Fill out this form and get it signed to get credit for outside service activities. Points Policy: All "Individual Service" activites provided by AMSA must require validation of your volunteering in order to recieve the maximum number of points (10 points/hour, maximum of 5 points). Acceptable forms of validation include: -A copy of your time log from the facility -Written verification by your supervisor with the dates and times volunteered. Failure to do so will result in only a maximum of 5 points.
